- Choose a characteristic or quality of your best self that you want to use more often.
- Declare your intention to use that part of your best self more, and place the wristband on your wrist.
- Whenever you catch yourself forgetting to use that part of your best self, remove the wristband, re-state your intention and place the wristband on your other arm.
- Continue to notice how you are building that quality of your best self, switching your wristband as the reminder to be-who-u-r@ur-best-self.
- Once you have worn the wristband without switching it for 21 days, celebrate your new habit.
- Start the process again to build another quality of your best self.
